Our own teams install the paving, kerbs and drainage we manufacture, and carry out the outdoor works around them: landscaping, car shades, electric fencing and civil works. Every job is scoped and quoted for its site.
Service 01
Cabro paving installation
We lay Preco cabro on a compacted base over a sand bed, with an edge restraint such as a road kerb so the blocks cannot spread under traffic, and drainage channels where surface water needs carrying away. Laying is charged per square metre on top of the supply rate: KSh 300 per m² for Quad and Zigzag and KSh 350 per m² for the other designs. Base preparation depends on the ground and is quoted for the site.

Service 02
Landscaping
Landscaping that finishes a paved area and keeps it working in the rains: kerbed beds and borders, paths and patios, and the surface-water details around them. We deliver it alongside paving and drainage, as on our driveway and parking project at Kamakis, Kiambu County.

Car shades
Car shades for residential compounds, offices and institutions, scoped to the number of bays, the layout and the ground they stand on, and planned together with the paving beneath them.

Electric fencing
Electric fence installation for perimeter security, on new fence lines or along the top of existing boundary walls, quoted by perimeter length and site conditions. For new boundaries we also manufacture reinforced precast fencing posts in 5, 6 and 8 ft.

Civil works
Civil works that support paved and drained sites: kerb lines bedded and haunched on concrete, drainage channels laid to a fall, and associated site works for estates, institutions and commercial properties. Send drawings or a bill of quantities and we will price the supply and the works together.
